30 grams Perennial celery
25 grams Carrots
25 grams Beans
20 grams Onions
Something Garlic
Something Marjoram
Something Iodized salt
Something Pepper
Something Nutmeg
5 grams Olive oil
90 grams Salmon fillet
200 ml Vegetable broth
5 ml White wine vinegar

Preparation

Vegetables clean, wash and small cut. Marjoram wash and finely chop.
